WALL

Framework will be made with hollow steel tube 48x48 coated with red oxide primer. All the members will be welded to each other by proper welding to ensure required strength of the frame.

INFILL MATERIAL

Walls will be made of 255x7mm PVC lamination panel fixed or (Printed lamination panel)from the both of m.s.steel frame. The wall will be insulated with 48mm thermocol sheet placed the frame between both panels. PVC panel will be fixed using the steel screw. PVC Doors & PVC Window will be provided as per requirement.

 FALSE CEILING

Framework will be made with 48x48mm hollow m.s.steel tube PVC panel 255/7 mm lamination fixed from the bottom side of frame with 48mm thermocol sheet placed on top of the cover area of roof.
